In-App Purchase Cannot be Downloaded

If you are receiving the error "This product has been purchased but not downloaded" please try the following steps to help complete the transaction.

1. Check that you have a good internet connection.
2. Logout and back into your iTunes account from the App store on your device.  From the App Store go to the bottom of theFeature section and top on your Apple ID to sign out and back into your account.
3. Turn your device completely off and back on.
4. Relaunch the app and open the in-app store. 

If that doesn't deliver the purchase, please email us and include the text found at the bottom of the in-game Settings/Options menu for further assistance.
