Known Issues for Disco Zoo

iOS Version:
  • Accessing ad for 5 free attempts causes crashing: This issue was fixed in a recent update.  Please check the app store for the latest version.  
  • iCloud Sync option not showing.  This issue has been resolved in an update. If after updating to the latest version it is still not working, please check that you have "Documents & Data" enabled in your device's iCloud Settings menu, that you have a good internet connection and try force closing the app.
  • Not getting/cannot enable notifications- The programer is actively working on this issue.  It seems to be an issue for players on iOS 8 who are installing our apps for the first time or who are freshly installing our apps on their new devices rather than restoring from a backup.  It will be resolved in the next update which we hope to have out very soon.
