Known Capitals issue for players on iOS 10:
- Cannot initiate games with existing Game Center friends. If you're not seeing your Game Center friends listed when you go to New Game, the issue is likely related to a connection issue with your Game Center account. To resolve it, please go to the main Settings app on your device, scroll down to Game Center and tap on your Apple ID to logout and back into your Game Center account. This should reset the connection with the app and allow you to start games with your Game Center friends again.
- Cannot invite friends via Invite Friends button. With iOS 10, the Game Center friends lists have been frozen so you can no longer edit your Game Center friends list (except to delete them all). With this change, you can only invite friends in Capitals if you are playing logged into a Facebook account. If you don't want to use Facebook, you should still be able to initiate games with your current Game Center friends who also have the Capitals app, you just wont be able to use the app to send them an invite anymore.
Lives not regenerating. This not not a bug. In the latest version there was a change in the lives system. Lives will no longer regenerate but can now be earned by watching video ads or in-app purchases.
Video ad unavailable: If the video ad option is unavailable, you may just need to wait for the app to cache a new video ad. Ensure that your device has a good internet connection and check back again later. The app needs to be open to download a video ad but it will do it in the background as you play your matches or just have the app open. You don't need to sit in the shop screen. Video ads are not guaranteed and are subject to availability from the service we use. We are also adding another ad network with the next update that should improve video ad availability. Also in the next update, we are adding another way to earn lives by inviting your friends to play.
