Game Frozen

Force closing the app or turning your device off and back on should resolve this issue.

Most of our apps (except Words Royale and Capitals) are designed to be playable off or online but you may notice crashing or freezing if your device has poor internet connection at the time.  When your device detects that it has no internet it relays this to the app so that it wont look for it.  Yet when the device tells the app that is has internet and it really doesn't, this can cause an issue as the app attempts to connect and cannot.
