Known Pocket Frogs issue for players on iOS 10:

We are working on an update to make the app compatible with future versions of iOS, add a new system for gifting and adding neighbors that does not rely on Game Center as well as fixing the free potions and stamps video ads. Thank you for your patience.  

​Game Center is still in iOS 10 but the Game Center app is gone as well as the ability to add or delete Game Center friends.  If you are experiencing any of the following issues, you likely need to logout and back into to your Game Center account to resolve it.  

• Cannot send or receive gifts
•  Cannot view neighbors since iOS 10

​ If you are unable to send or receive gifts, the issue is likely related to a connection issue with your Game Center account.  To resolve it, please go to the main Settings app on your device, scroll down to Game Center and tap on your Apple ID to logout and back into your Game Center account. This should reset the connection with the app and help ensure your gifts are received going forward.​
 

• Video Ads for potions and stamps are missing on iOS 10.  We are working on an update to address this issue as well as the changes with Game Center. 

Known Issues in Pocket Frogs 2.1.31:

• Trouble restoring from server backup since iOS 7 for some players.  Please email us for assistance.
• Occasional frogs flying in the pond (not stopping on any lily pads)
• Game cannot display more than 99 neighbors.
