Since updating to version 3.8.0 some players are unable to get into the game and only see a black screen on launch. The team is investigating this issue and will have an update out ASAP to fix it. Please do not reinstall the game in the meantime. If you have already reinstalled but still recall your past friend code or have already registered your game to an email address previously, we can assist with recovering your previous save after the update is released.
