Each time you rebuild your 50+ floor tower you get a Gold Brick as well as a random Mr Gold piece. The specific Mr Gold piece you get each time you rebuild is random and not influenced by the pieces you already have. Rebuilding is the only way to get these pieces in the current version of the app.
