The Pocket Trains awards will not begin syncing until you are logged into Google Games from the app. To login, go the the Pocket Trains menu and into the Awards screen. Tap on the icon of a game controller shown in the upper right hand corner and login to your Google account. Anything you earn going forward should sync up right away.
If you weren't logged in, your internet connection was poor or there was an error receiving the message when you earned an achievement, it wont be triggered. Google Play Games doesn't send a confirmation message so the app doesn't know it wasn't credited to try again. The achievement may still credit if completed again but this is not guaranteed. We do not have a way to manually credit achievements.
