You can purchase licenses to be able to expand to other regions in Pocket Trains. Once you've got a license, you will need to connect your current tracks to expand to this region as all tracks need to connect. The connecting tracks are visible without a license but cannot be purchased.
For example, to expand to North America, you can build an underwater track from Lisbon to New York or can expand from the north out of Glasgow.
